We are the new Lighting Vendor on this forum

M&R brings you the TRX 40" kit. You can pick either a white lightbar or an amber one. Each light bar is 36 Cree LEDs. The TRX kit required extremely minimal trim of plastic cowl to fit the bracket. please reference YouTube video.

40 inch WHITE light bar
LEDs: 36pcs x 5W .
Power: 180 watt .
Luminous flux: 15,000 Lumens

40 inch AMBER light bar .
LEDs: 36pcs x 3W .
Power: 108 watt .
Luminous flux: 7000 Lumens

Man that is a lot of work just to install a light bar.

So i saw where we as the customer would have to grind down your bracket to make it sit flat/flush and then paint to prevent rust. Why haven’t you changed your burn file so that it is cut out on the plasma with the proper clearance. I’m assuming that little bit of clearance for the TRX wouldn’t prevent the bracket from working on the non TRX 5th gens.
