Saw on a FB group that apparently there is a service bulletin on removing the skid plate bolts(specifically the two blueish ones).
The bulletin is requiring heating the bolts prior to removal. Apparently the nut plate inside the frame will spin / break if you do not heat the bolt and/or use an impact, but to manually remove with a ratchet.
If the nut plate breaks inside the frame there is no fix as you’d need to open the frame (hole saw / lightning scissors) to remove the nut plate and repair, then the frame is compromised.
